I feel that my interviewing has definitely improved since the Spring. I feel more comfortable with patients, especially when asking more sensitive questions. In my last interview, I tried especially hard to be as thorough as possible, and my preceptor agreed that I was indeed thorough. She did note that I took quite a while, so efficiency is something I need to work on. Also, I still have to rely on a template, and would like to move away from depending on one.

As for writing up the History and Physical, I feel that they include all of the relevant information and leave out the more extraneous details that I may have included before.
